Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet been processed or prepared for shipment.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our 60-Day Refund Policy.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
